“It was difficult to find someone to check in and unclear how I did this. I was fortunate the door was open to the restaurant so I could ask for help there. Room was okay but TV did not work. Again, it was very difficult to get hold of someone to try to sort this out. Eventually they changed rooms for me because they were unable to solve the problem.
