“My family had the pleasure of staying at Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class，and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a great area, close to all the main attractions in the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant served a great variety of Turkish dishes. “I absolutely love the breakfast options, the staff were super helpful, particularly Andrees in the kitchen, a big hug from me to her . If I visit Istanbul again, I will be staying there. ”

“The service was excellent. All staff were very kind and friendly, especially the receptionists. The room was small but very clean and had all the basics. The area is central but it's in a narrow street and you have to go up the hill to make your way to Sulltanahmed centre. The breakfast wasn't that good. It had a limited selection of food and mostly cold staff but does the job and it's ok if you're not too fancy. Overall the hotel it's a very good option to stay close to the main attractions……

“I feel staff are somewhat friendly, especially the cleaner and restaurant staff. But in general I'm afraid to stay in this hotel. terrified. We rent for the meeting room but hotel staff always don't give very precise information. They sometimes give me the impression that they are asking for extra payment in a extortion way. We are actually afraid of our safety during the time stayed. And hotel actually charged us addtional cleaing fee for appratently we did not make any damage to the carpet.……
