"Walk across the street to the public beach access. Next to an ice cream parlor. Nice place for people wanting an old school hotel and not the holiday in express. Good parking. Enjoyed the trip back in time. "

"There were 13 of us. The place is perfect, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, very spacious. Right on the beach and close to lots of stores, activities and restaurants. We did have a few problems.1. They do not provide clean sponges, dish cloths, hand soaps @ sinks, dish washer pods, liquid dish soap, paper towels or toilet paper. There were only about 3 hangers per closet. In all fairness, the missing items were listed on the ap. It was my fault for not reading it thoroughly. In my opinion, I would rather pay an extra hundred dollars and have these things in the house. 2. There were towels missing from one of the rooms, top sheets and pillow casses missing from one of the rooms. 3. The place was not clean. When was the last time the bedspreads and blankets washed? The fans and ac vents are not clean, the windows and sliding glass door is not clean. The drawer under the stove has probably never been cleaned. The white cabinets are dirty. There are other things that I will not bore you with now. All I am saying is that we paid a lot of money to stay in this beautiful home and it would be well worth the cost if the property management company paid more attention to what is going on. The cleaning people should do a deep clean at least once a month. The renter should not have to go shopping for all the necessary items. Also, I left most of them there as I was flying home. What will happen to all that I purchased? "

"We loved the historic charm of the Cottage. It was a perfect size for our family for a 3 night stay. Also, it is a very short walk to the ocean and very close to anything you would need. "
