"My wife and I spent a long weekend here. The apartment had plenty of room, was nicely decorated. The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook a full meal (which we did not). The bed is very comfortable. Ride service to downtown averaged $25. It was perfect."

"Came in for the CCM World Invite hockey tournament which was spread across 3 arenas across the city. The property was a great location and easy access to those arenas. Our host was great. Very responsive and made our visit enjoyable."

"Very clean and newly updated. Everything was clean and well kept. The apartment is right on top of the active railroad tracks so guests should be aware. It was a little difficult to find the exact building because the street number is not on the outside of the building and the lock box was in a spot that was hard to find in the dark. Once we were in everything was great!"

"I never actually got to stay at this location. I purchased this place in May and the day of arrival the HOST canceled on us. We were 9 hrs from home, I had made multiple attempts to reach the host and she never responded to me. I would not trust using this place or the host. When I called VRBO, they noted she had been active on her acct. several times within the last few weeks. This is not a person she is a scammer. Best of luck to those who take the chance. "Man the lifeboats! unit needed additional cleaning of stove and around bathroom at time of our arrival. This was accommodated by the host sending the cleaning lady back. A lot of cobwebs and dusty things. Transition strip to bathroom needed to be repaired. Sharp points sticking up. Rug needs to be cleaned or replaced. dishwasher does not seem to get dishes clean. "I had this reservation for over two months. The Owner confirmed the reservation and on the day of the rental I sent them a note about getting access to the property and they informed me they rented to some one else and that I should call VRBO for a refund. They accepted the money then stated they forgot about my rental. Do not rent from this owner! However so far CRBO is backing up their promise."

"Sonders are always clean and efficient and this one was that, but this one isn't the best. Units in the Burnham are renovated but they have old ceilings made of wood which do not prevent noise transfer. They gave me a unit on the second floor and I could hear almost everything the person above me said or did. Sometimes when that person walked, the glasses in my unit slightly vibrated and you'd hear clinking. "
