“Arrived late, but the hotel had a lot of inventory so room selection should have been no problem. The front desk staff gave us our room key (room was assigned earlier in day, as far as we could tell). Room was tiny! It was also on the main road side of the hotel, so we couldn't sleep with road noise, traffic, drunk people on streets, etc. If it was peak season, I'd understand ending up in a room like this. But the hotel had ALOT of empty rooms, so maybe management should think about how they……

“The property advertises that there is breakfast but perhaps because it’s October??? There was no breakfast facility available of any kind. And that was made worse by the fact that there were stickers and labels all over the property warning people not to bring any outside food and drink into the hotel! It seems ridiculous for not allowing bringing in an apple, an orange, a bit of instant porridge to save some money while travelling and use some boiling water? That doesn’t feel very welcoming or……

“Old hotel and not really clean. Hair on linen. The worst thing is no wifi connection at all because they are fixing it for days. The hotel should inform guests who want to book the hotel in advance rather than saying sorry after we arrived. Really bad experience as we are cheated.”

“Lovely hotel in a great location. The glass fronted lounge was the perfect spot to sit at any time of day. Comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. We will definitely return to this hotel. ”
