「We picked this place because it had excellent ratings. My experience was:
Very difficult to unload car on an incredibly tight road. I had a heated row with a local resident who was very aggressive. The parking which was at a public viewing point was up a steep hill about 400 meters away. The bathroom was not cleaned well with unpleasant marks in the toilet, dusty bin lids etc. cobwebs and dirt on window. House was run down and very outdated. 「From the very start this was a lovely stay. A wonderful warm welcome, beautifully presented property in an outstanding location. Spacious comfy rooms with everything catered, including complimentary whisky to settle in and look at the view. Great dinner and wine list. Loved it.」

「It's a lovely and characteristic guesthouse. The owner pays a lot of attention to the details. We stayed in a standard room, but the rest of the rooms are full of charming. Highly recommended.」

「The big nitpick for is lack of parking. Unless you're strictly staying overnight and leaving first thing in the morning you have to pay. It's kind of cheap but it's the principle of already paying for a room.」
