“Beautiful room, tremendous view, lots of little touches, e.g. binoculars on the window ledge, dressing gown and slippers, a dram left on the window ledge, a proper bottle of milk left in the fridge, a wee bottle of irn bru, energy bars….. and the list goes on! So very thoughtful. We had the opportunity to speak to both Peter and Nicola and they were genuinely interested in us having a great time, which we did. Must be one of the best guest houses in Scotland, and we’ve visited loads of them. Top……

“Is there such thing as a perfect hotel? I would have said no before staying here, but you have changed my mind. Every aspect of the stay was outstanding!!”

“The host was very kind! I appreciated the drinks and snacks in the room and the comfortable bed! It was so cozy and warm! Check in was easy as I arrived late in the evening all the instructions were posted for me :) I would definitely stay again! ”

“J'ai été très bien reçu. Ma chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable. J'ai utilisé une salle de bain partagée qui, elle aussi était propre. J'ai vraiment été satisfaite de mon séjour.”

“The room had an ensuite, though it was a bit cramped. The bed was okay, but a bit soft for me. You had an option of a continental breakfast, but the breakfast room was at another associated property 2 doors down. It was within walkimg distance of the town centre.”
