Tiny room. Not allowed to use kitchen which was absolutely filthy anyway. Shower was terrible, room smells of mould. Left early.
Very misleading description of the parking situation, be prepared to have to pay for parking somewhere in town during the day. Don’t bother paying for breakfast, you are better off finding a cafe somewhere downtown. Definitely not worth the money we paid for a two night stay, unfortunately
Limited check in time and reception needs a lesson in customer service. Facility very dated. Do not order breakfast full hot breakfast available nearby for the same price. Towels and bedding threadbare. Needs deep cleaning and refresh. Lighting poor. Bathroom sink tap is for kitchen and lose. Killed 3 bugs. For less than $1-2,000 lbs this place can become 3 + star. Definitely not a B&B. Not a vetted place.
Some resident/or residents used the toaster just after 7am Saturday morning so this was a bit distressing rushing downstairs then back upstairs to help a family member downstairs ( mobility issues)
Other than the above room was clean reception lady was lovely cleaners were friendly.
Thank you but perhaps a talk to residents about safety while using facilities

Did not enjoy the stay in this accommodation. On arrival lady that met us was unwelcoming and only interested In filling in forms. Very abrupt.
Continental breakfast was a joke all food left out overnight as nobody to see to what was happening as reception only available from 4pm until 6pm
Would not recommend this property
The owner/worker was more prepared to argue about me not notifying them about my various disabilities than the fact the advertising omitted a 3 flight of stairs to the allocated room. Well as the owner of the two properties either side to the one we booked so was able to find a second story room in one of those. Still very difficult to access with narrow stair. The room was old and smelly, black mould in the smallest en-suite and the toilet seat had feacal matter under the toilet seat and on top of it! We managed to pay for 2 of our 3 night booking but didn’t stay at St Anne’s and found far superior to that crap pit we booked through WOTIF!! It’s disgraceful and I recommend everyone avoids it like COVID! Same on the owner and cleaners and WOTIF for allowing such listings!!!

No Services at the guest hous. No parking as indicated in the search filter, we had to switch our car several times from one parking to the other. Free parking nearby only from 6pm to 9am. Breakfast: thrown away money, couldnt find out how to make coffee, no croissants, one day only brown toast. Today the knife and some dishes were dirty, so I went to another place to have breakfast - took only jogurts.

The pillows and bed were very hard. The pillows not fit for purpose, the milk cartons were off.

Ihan OK
Pieni huone, ystävällinen palvelu. Sängyssä olisi voinut olla petauspatja.
Room had all the basics, but was cramped. Good shower but in very small cubicle. No staff on site except to take your money. Fire alarm went off around 6am on the last morning - no staff on site to deal with it. The guests were left to phone 99 and wait for the fire brigade to come and sort it out before we could go back inside.
The guest house was very dirty, paper was hanging off the wall, there was black dampness on the walls also urine in the toilet when wee went in wee never stayed and struggled to find other accommodation just came home very disappointed no holiday
Positive: they organized a breakfast dealing with my allergy.
Negative:
* the wifi was horrible, although I booked this place because I needed the wifi for my work
* without any arguments, they gave us a room, top floor, in another guesthouse next door
* one day the door to the other guest house, where the breakfast was served was closed!
