Dirty & missing blinds

The place was extremely dirty. We had to clean the windows, because our 2 yr old was able to touch the filth. We found dirty bowels in the cabinets with food still on them. Bedroom and living room were missing blinds - privacy would be nice. The check in process and loading/unloading your bags is absurd. Only 4 elevators for 22 floors and only 3 elevators were working. Everyone checks in at the same time vs scattered so it took us nearly 3 hrs to wait for a bin, then wait another hour for an elevator - with 2 young kids!

Family vacation

Property needs serious updating. Could only take 5 minute showers because you’d lose hot water. Blinds kept falling off hooks. No place to store food because all the cabinets are filled. They make you clean and vacuum before you leave. Yes i get picking up after yourself but sweeping, vacuuming and wiping down everything before you leave or youll be charged is crazy. The security guards there at the desk were rude as hell. The lady who works in the Seaside Vacation Office was super sweet and very helpful! Its not a horrible place to stay but the owner should definitely make some upgrades and definitely hire a cleaning company because that unit needs a really good scrub down. Other than that the location was definitely great. Less traffic lots of shopping near by and walking distance to food.
