Good not great

Air conditioning did not keep up, bedrooms were hot. Dirty underwear found under one of the beds and pistachio shells left from previous guests Had to bag up our linens and run the dishwasher to help a cleaning staff that we paid almost $200 for a 3 night stay and had to unload the dishwasher when we got there!

Think twice about staying in this unit

The unit was filthy. No wifi. Outlets so loose there were only a few that a plug would stay in (fire hazard). Blinds in second bedroom broken and bent that the light from the building walk way shown brightly in the room throughout the night. Won't stay here again.

Filthy

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The unit itself was FILTHY when we got there. Gummy’s on the floor, rings in the toilet bowl, mold in the tiles in on bathroom, shower floor black in the other bathroom, dust every where. Couch had no arm cushions. Generally outdated which you can’t see as well in the pictures. And that’s not the half of it. The SERVICE was also terrible. I spoke with someone when we checked in. Followed up with the on-site office the next day and still nothing. I had to call back myself and by then it was too late. AVOID!!!

Great stay on a beach

The apartment had everything we needed for our group of 7, it's spacious and clean. The location directly on a beach and view from the balcony was absolutely wonderful. The balcony is the best feature and wonderful extension of the living space. We had some issues with the wifi (password didn't work), but it was resolved by the Vacasa mgmt office. The apartment could also use a folding drying rack for wet beach towels and swimsuits, but these were all just minor issues.

Clean But Tight

Pros -Beachside -Security 24/7 -Comfortable for up to 8 people -Ample parking -Silverware and dishware were clean and enough for 8 people -Washer & Dryer very convenient and worked well -Outdoor furniture was comfortable and clean -Condo was very clean upon arrival Cons -Internet is TERRIBLE. It’s DSL, which was very slow and laggy. The modem/router needed to be reset daily. -Wifi also doesn’t reach both bedrooms -not enough toilet paper or paper towel -beds were way too firm and uncomfortable -cable channels were very basic, hardly anything available and appropriate for children under 10 -Ran out of hot water frequently -No extra blankets available

Fantastic view

Our stay was fantastic. All of our friends came to check out our view and take photos. We even saw the Dolphins from the balcony. Definitely will be back again. The staff is friendly with immediate response to questions love the late check out and the phone call 3 hours early because they knew we were already there. Thank you

Good location and view

Location was perfect and view was beautiful. Need some maintenance and upgrades to washroom tabs and entrance glass doors and lights . If those things are taken care place was at perfect location for vacation and rest all was overall good specially outdoor seating was perfect for rainy day .
