Was a great find for our last minute family trip to OCMD! We prefer to stay oceanfront on the boardwalk but couldn’t find a place for this last minute trip. This was a great alternative. The view cannot be beat! The apartment was clean and everything was in working order. Thank you to the Nicely’s for another great memory in OCMD!

Few day get-away to the beach with a friend. Unit as shown in pictures, but could use some TLC and updating....especially the bathrooms. WiFi connection poor. Beach location and access was good and not far from anything. Overall met our needs for the short time we were there. Enjoyed our stay.

Very tired, in need of significant upgrades. One set of elevator banks was not operational. Described as accommodating 4 plus yet there were only 2 chairs on the patio for sitting. Restaurant next door played loud music most of the day so it was impossible to sit outside and enjoy the water views. The facilities themselves were dated. The indoor pool in need of cleaning, upgrading. Would not stay there again.

A vibrator and lubricant was found in the MB night table. I had to wash bedding (blankets) because they were filthy. Personal items from someone left in bathroom and kitchen. (i.e. toothbrush, food, liquor). Mattress pads stained. Tubs were terrible stained and dirty. The unit was in deplorable condition.

The pictures that the property shows online at Vrbo makes the place look like it is a lot cleaner and a lot more up-to-date than it actually is. The place was very dirty when we arrived. The tubs are very worn out and a little gross looking, the showerheads were caked With a residue. The pillows were stained and the blankets on the bed looked dirty. The unit itself really needs to be updated. For the money that I spent to stay at this place, I expected it to be a lot nicer and a lot cleaner. I will not stay there ever again. The stove was not clean on top. All of the furniture was full of dust. Next time I will get a house up in Bethany because I can spend less money and get a lot more.

Great location. Can’t beat where it is and access to the beach. The property is very basic and in reality we have stayed at different units for less and that have better upgrades. Pricing was probably 25% higher than it should have been for a two bedroom. Kitchen ok. Bathrooms not great. Clogged drains and old fixtures. Beds ok. Linen service good. Appliances ok. Carpeting and furniture dated and used. Based years of using other two and three bedroom units in the same building, this is a standard no-frills unit that should have been priced better and needs upgrades to be competitive.
