"Great view of the ocean from our privet balcony. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet was great at breakfast and good at dinner. Chicken jerk shack by the pool was delicious. Maid service was spot on and very friendly, only thing lacking was the amount of bottled water in the room. Had to ask for extra water every day as I drink a lot. Showers we always hot and plenty of pressure. Bed was firm and sheets clean and soft. The down side was the pillows were not the best, and the A/C was hard to figure out, so either cold and blasting or off and stuffy. "

"Our trip to the Bahamas, was our best Caribbean experience, thanks to Atlantis Resort. It is a truly wonderful and magical place. You will need a few days to explore the entire complex. If you are planning to visit Bahamas, I highly recommend this place. You will get everything you need and expect from a tropical island vacation in this hotel and won't need to leave it for anything, for your entire stay."

"Great people, decent foods, but it’s not a 4*, maybe 2.5* The room is small, old and smelly even the hall way. Guest restrooms are so nasty…!! Cheaper than most for all inclusive. But could be a lot cheaper for the whole experience. "

"Hmm we stayed a week at the reef and the condition of the rooms were far better. Upon checking we tried to extend our stay and the man in front did it but then a manager storms out from back and says she will not honor it. Kinda glad she didn’t. The rooms sucked. The tubs are peeling. The pipes were leaking. The toilet had huge puddle outside of it. They never changed the bed sheets nor did they help. Anytime we had issue the clear wouldn’t even respond to what we were saying. The reef was a far superior hotel and just overall staff. "

"Just finished 5 weeks at this condo. The condo was clean and well kept and furnished with high end pieces. All the staff from maintenance to the security guards were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed that the condo is in a very quiet area with no loud parties or disturbances. It is centrally located on paradise island and is close to everything. Spent many days by the pool relaxing, often having the entire space to ourselves."
