“The hotel is beautiful, huge, and has everything you need. Very clean, the beds and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. We had an issue that arose during our stay and the owners were quick to respond and address the issue and help in any way they could. Amazing customer service. Also the check in and out was easy and it felt very secure. Would stay again. ”

“The room was clean enough, but the ac did not work properly. It wasn’t able to be adjusted from our room. The bed was awful. Way too soft to be comfortable and it sank in the middle. Our room adjoined another that had kids in it and was right across from the elevator. I will not recommend this hotel or stay here again.”

“Frühstück eher US Standard, nichts besonderes. Klimaanlage sehr laut, kann nur durch trennen des Netzsteckers ganz zum schweigen gebracht werden. Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug ist sehr laut. Sonst ruhige Lage des Hotels. Bett war bequem. Zimmer könnte ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen und generell eine Frischzellenkur vertragen. Insgesamt aber sauber und großzügig.”

“We stayed 5 days. Room service only came by once when we asked them to change the towels, otherwise we had no room service. The phone in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t even call to tell the front desk there was a problem. There is no vaping in the room. I hit my vape one time and we got a text on our phone saying they detected smoke. Lots of rules. Unkept property.”

“Location is in easy walking distance of numerous fine dining establishments, but you must make reservations at all early in your planning. Most do not arrange more than 30 days out but weekends fil up two weeks out. The hotel will help arrange those. The staff is excellent and very attentive to your every need. Cookies and milk after 9 at the Enclave were quite tasty. The rotating original art is curated with the Robert Lange gallery down the street. This is really great art and the……

“The restaurant hours are a little limited. I think they should open earlier than 7:30. It would also be nice to have some coffee in the lobby in the morning, as an alternative to the in-room coffee.”

“This is an older hotel so flooring has been updated. We just found our shower curtain rod crooked so we had to tie the end of the shower curtain to the end so water wouldn't get all over the floor. Basic amenities no microwave except in the lobby in a cabinet. We enjoyed the hot water in the afternoons/evenings. And the cookies were a hit! Convenient location and free shuttle service into town was convenient.”
