「Stayed 8 nights with my two children. The view was lovely and so were the staff. Front desk, housekeeping, and the bar staff were very friendly. (Shoutout to Meghan!) Breakfast was always hot and plentiful. Easy access to the beach. Will come again!」

「Nice location. It was a little to small for my family of 6. However we did made it work. I didn't like that I had to take our used towels & wash cloths and trade them in to get new ones. Also we had to take our trash out. But for the price I guess that wasn't so bad.」

「We had a pleasant 2 nite stay and for the price it was great! I was pleasantly surprised that there was a hand held shower in the bathroom which most high end hotels don't even have. We had an ocean view in front and a nice view of the neighborhood from a large balcony in the back. Vicki is awesome and was available to assist with any questions you may have. All in all it felt like home and parking was free and ample.」

「Booked hotel room here for a king bed and beach view and couldn't have been more disappointed The room #109 was an end unit in the split-level basement. You actually had to exit into the stairwell to access it. I don't think it was originally meant to be a room to sleep in. It looked like a jail cell and smelled of mold. I think the pictures provided in the listing online are actually the sister hotel across the street. The room I was given looked nothing like what I signed up for. The bathroom...

「Rooms were clean and check in was easy. Staff was very polite at check in. I really wanted to give this place a higher score but I just can't. When we got checked in and up to the room, we noticed there was no couch for seating in the room at all as shown and detailed in room description...just a bare wall where it should go. We asked about this with the staff and they had no clue why there was no couch. They made a phone call and I was then told they had a couch being delivered for that room...

「Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though.」

「Our room was over a loud what I think was an air conditioner. Our room was near the garbage room and the odor wafted. The floors have carpet and had a foul odor. TV very small. Elevator was always busy. Wait staff at restaurant in the hotel were rude and the food was mediocre at best. Will never stay at this hotel again that calls itself a resort. I guess just because it's beachfront property they have the right to call it a resort.」
