「Condo is clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and easy access to beach! Relaxing!」

「Room wasn't clean 」

「The room was clean, beds comfortable, and quiet enough for restful sleep. We did not use the gym or partake in the breakfast but the coffee/drink station in the lobby was well stocked and clean. Definitely will stay again. 」

「The breakfast was ery good. BW provided a good selection of breakfast foods and fruits. An added bonus was home baked cinnamon rolls, cookies at the front desk and other such treats. Understaffing did not allow for full service in guest rooms. We stayed 3 nights and had trash emptied in one occasion. Fresh towels were provided. All personnel were professional and pleasant ...always willing to be of service.」

「Wonderful historical family owned inn in center of town. Nicely appointed and decorated big room we stayed in. Friendly hospitality. 」

「Breakfast and treats were good. The Inn is under reconstruction so the outside is a disaster. Parts of the inside need renovation too. Our bathroom was not good.」

「An extra charge was added to my credit card with no knowledge about the charge until I called the front desk at the hotel to inquire. I was told that an alarm clock was missing from my room as if I needed it. Without a phone call, I was charged. Unacceptable behavior from management at the hotel. That was sneaky behavior! So maybe someone else took the alarm clock and blamed me?????An additional charge was unexpectedly added to my credit card without my prior knowledge. I discovered this when...

「Our first time to Beaufort and we stayed at the City Loft Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and convenient access to our room. The location is spot on if you want to walk the sites of downtown. We'll definitely make this a top stay for us next visit」

「The best part was the ocean out on the deck!! Ocean views in a few locations. Underground parking was nice. A few things to know, the coffee pot uses coffee grounds, as far as seasonings, you have salt and pepper. They also have a hairdryer in each bathroom. These are things that are not in the description of the property. The condo is tastefully decorated, has all the comforts of home. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Would stay here again.」

「Bay Inn is right downtown, 2 min walk to shops and restaurants. Perfect location witha beautiful view of the river. Highly recommend!」

「Front desk did not answer the phone. Pillows thrown at the bottom of the bed- no pillow cases on them. A pair of socks had been left on a shelf. Shampoo and lotion pumps almost empty. No hot water- barely warm in the shower. Of the 3 front desk employees we had contact with, only one was pleasant. Need to get their act together.」

「The room was neglected not the best but you get what you pay for other than that it’s fine.」

「Older hotel! Needs an upgrade! Location was excellent on the marsh and had easy access. Staff was friendly and treated people well. 」
