“the AC unit did not work and I had to fight with the front desk personnel to get out of the hotel. To make the matter worst, they persuaded me to take a fan or keep the window open and feel as if the AC is working. What a looser. Wasted few hours of my tour fighting to get a refund. ”

“This place is immaculate. The staff is friendly, and professional, and on point. The rooms you can clearly tell our newly renovated and not cheaply either. The beds are excellent. And the property is very clean. The location is right downtown Oceanside in very close proximity to the pier, the harbor, the beaches, and entertainment, and food all within walking distance.”

“So to start this review off, I do understand that this is a motel and not a hotel. My friend recommended it and said it was inexpensive and a nice place, so I decided to try it out. I will start by saying that the views were phenomenal and the beds were very comfortable. The size of the room was extremely large. Unfortunately, the room was very dirty and smelled of dog pee. When we went to the office they gave us a can of Lysol. I will say that the bed and the bathroom, besides the walls, were……

“Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The lobby has a spa like vibe, rooms are large, breakfast is light but has a concierge quality. Beds are comfortable, the pool again has a concierge like quality, and the amenities are wonderful. This far exceeded my expectations and would definitely stay again.”

“This hotel is located right next to the beach and many other great restaurants in town. However, the facilities are dated: the bed will move, not enough tables in the room, dishes are not thoroughly cleaned and really really thin wall. You have to walk down to the lobby if you wish to borrow a hair dryer. Although my reservation clearly indicated that "breakfast included", all they had was some fruits and cookies. The lady at the reception desk in the morning was really unfriendly, she did not……
