"Check in was easy, Game room,fitness room and laundry were locked most of the time and didn’t have access. Front desk was not open in the mornings and no one was there working in the mornings. The room was outdated; screen to the balcony didn’t work great and the room was not vacuumed. Found food and garbage in the main bedroom on the floor at the nightstands when we arrived. Offered parking on check out day for a fee, but no staff was there to pay and get a parking pass so we had to leave to...

"Tout le site est confortable. Les chambres sont très propres. Le site est tranquille. La piscine est parfaitement entretenue. L’accès à la plage est à proximité. Même s’ils ne sont pas munis de borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique ils nous accommodent pour brancher le véhicule dans les prises électriques régulières. Les bbq sont neufs. Les tables à pic nic sont neuves aussi"

"We stayed on the older side, and found the room clean and adequate. Despite some furniture updates, it’s definitely a bit dated. Especially that the bed frames had parts jetting out, so you have to watch where you walk. The fridge and the microwave do what they’re supposed to do, but they’re a little noisy to sleep with at night. And the heated pool was only kinda heated. This spot gets the job done, for a reasonable price, and is well situated as a base to travel to points of interest. It’s a good place to sleep and shower, that’s it. Not the kind of place to hang out in the room on lousy weather days. That’s said, I would consider staying here again if I was travelling on a budget."

"The breakfast was appreciated. Make your own fresh waffle, different egg choices every day, fresh fruit, hot oatmeal, etc. Staff was terrific. Loved having a water station in lobby to refill bottles. Room was large. King bed and there was a refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, couch. Large bathroom. Our one complaint. We arrived on Wednesday, left Sunday, and our room was never cleaned. We called down twice for fresh towels. There was a sign in the room that said they would clean every other day. By day three our small waste baskets were full. I called down and was told there was no housekeeping on staff as their shift was over. They gave me garbage bags so I could empty them myself. On the fourth day, still no housekeeping. I called down and was told they were supposed to clean it; she apologized. I didn't care about the bed being made, but all of the towels were piling up, as was the trash. Not the workers fault, we were told they were understaffed. Owners need to do better. We didn't pay over $1,000.00 for our stay to empty our own trash. Other than this one complaint, everything else was good. "
