「The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room.」

「Excellent place to stay right across from the event center we were attending. Beautiful suite albeit a bit pricey. Plenty of restaurants to chose from within walking distance and parking in the garage was free. The only wrinkle was the “free parking” was $40. A quick call to customer service and it was decided we would pay the charge to be released from the garage and the fee would be refunded promptly. Less than a week and the refund is on the way. 「Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. 」
