Beautiful building, but not the best stay I've had

The desk staff was on the phone, but pooite when I arrived. The room I initially had had not been changed or cleaned. And I was upgraded to another room, which was fair. Yet for an 'apartment' there was a lack of towels and pillows, and the bed was uncomfortable. The gym didnt open until 8am, which is too late when on a work trip. Overall it was ok, love the building, staff werw nice enough. But not the best experience

De verwarming deed het niet het was erg koud in de kamer. Gemeld bij de receptie ze vertelde dat er iemand mee bezig was maar s,morgens deed hij het nog niet. Erg vervelend.

De badkamer was schoon, maar kan wel iets van een opknapbeurtje gebruiken ondanks dat het er nog wel redelijk nieuw uit zag. De toiletrolhouder hing wat scheef, en het scherm voor de douche is zo klein dat als je onder de douche staat de badkamervloer ook voor een deel nat wordt. Ook apart: de ene dag was bij de toiletten in de lobby het wc-papier op, de andere dag de handzeep. Maar dit zijn kleine puntjes van kritiek. Locatie is fantastisch, op loopafstand van het centrum en de bakkerij van Robert. Oisterwijk is een leuke plaats. De hotelkamer was heel ruim, goed bed, ruime zithoek, top. Aanrader! Enkel wat kleine aandachtspunten voor de staf.

soggiorno mediocre

Personale alla reception abbastanza cortese, ma molto distaccato. Ristorante mediocre, Pulizzia delle camere pessima, non passavano aspirapolvere sul pavimento, letto rifatto velocemnte e pulizia della doccia inesistente. Il giovedì prima della partenza adirittura la camera non è stata pulita quindi, letto disfatto, e asciugamani in bagno non sostituiti, premetto che gli asciugamani sono stato costretto ad usarli in quanto, il vetro della doccia era molto piccolo ed il bagno si allagava.

Recently opened?

I think the hotel has only recently opened. Unfortunately, no room service (yet?), no own parking, many tv channels didn’t work, only one soap type, no shampoo, conditioner, etc., the shower wasn’t working properly for hot water… came out in spurts and then kept stopping. Something wrong with the pump, I think. The rooms are lovely and the bed very comfortable…
