「Our stay at the Spindrift Guest House was our favorite across our Scottish travels! Mark and Jennie’s hospitality was amazing and the accommodations were perfect. We took their suggestions for traveling by train into Edinburgh, where to eat in downtown Anstruther, and driving into St Andrew’s. 「Great apartment style hotel in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book again. All staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The suite was spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchenette (although we didn't really use it). A super breakfast is included in your room price and I have to say it was lovely. Cannot fault our stay in any way! 」

「Rooms were brilliant. This hotel was an old Jute mill and the room reflected that with some original features mixed with modern facilities. Rooms were spacious and had everything you need. Coffe machine and pods .. fridge with complimentary water was a nice touch. Breakfast was good .. buffet style and had decent selection. Only negatve with breakfast was that there was no haggis. 「Disappointed with Expedia. I booked two nights here and I was asked by my company to stay an extra day so when I went to book an extra night in the apex I was shocked to learn it would cost me £160 per night without breakfast. The first two days I booked was £127 per night + £14 parking fee. So when I tried to book an extra night Expedia had bumped the price up to £160 per night . I checked and there were plenty of rooms available so there was no excuse . Absolute disgrace! 」
