“Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Lounge area was lovely and if it had soft music playing would have been even better. This hotel is not for people who have difficulty with slopes or steps as it’s on the top of a hill and a fair walk from anything. “Very clean and well equipped. WiFi signal not very strong. We would stay again but only if the mattress was replaced for a better quality or given a decent topper. It was extremely uncomfortable and affected getting a good night's sleep.
