“The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a heritage Victorian-style house, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We left our luggage in the car and checked in first. The staff then showed us where to park, which was very convenient and close by.
However, the hotel may not be accessible for guests using wheelchairs or carrying heavy luggage, as there are around 10 stairs at the entrance.”

“Really nice staff, really nice location + pub venue (The Loft), REALLY lousy gym + sauna, shower, breakfast, and kitchen. Everything from the can opener to the oven barely worked in my kitchen. Tv is not a smart tv and wouldn’t connect to my Apple TV/firestick to watch Netflix etc. Channel selection limited.”

“Room is rather spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is clean. The shower can be stronger
Flow but temperature easily adjustable.
Breakfast has only one meat option - sausage or meatballs on each day I was there. Another protein option is egg. Good self-service waffle machine.
Location is excellent - close to the inner harbour and legislative assembly.”
