"As soon as we pulled into the drive way my truck blew its water pump. Steven the owner of the property was amazing took my husband 3 times to town to get what he need to fix my truck. Room was very clean, quiet, we had a wonderful vacation inspite of my truck, because the owners were so kind, generous people."

"The location of the house was very near for food and supplies,yet very private. The inside was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the quietness and surrounding grounds with views of local wild life. The things that we did not like was the musty - moldy smell when we first got there. Every time you used the water it smelled. Red light on fridge for changing filter. Bought spring water to use for drinking, coffee, and cooking. All reported to host upon departure."

The rooms were well equipped and comfortable and the grounds are beautiful.We appreciated the chocolate and granola bars after a long day of travel. It was a very nice touch. "We loved our trip to Hudson Valley. Our home away from home was comfortable and well stocked with plenty of dishware, glasses, pots and pans, silverware and staples. The bedrooms and bathrooms were sparkling clean and pleasantly appointed. The small towns were cute with excellent shopping and restaurants. There was a lot to do and see and we came home each night and had a really nice place to relax and put our feet up! The hosts were attentive and always available to answer our questions. It all contributed to a stress free, enjoyable long weekend away."
