“Absolutely amazing ”

“clean room and newly renovated shower and bathroom. Bed linens were old but clean. everyone was friendly and helpful ”

“Everything was good but the room being cleaned on a regular basis, stayed 11 days and room was cleaned up twice, after being told it would be done every other day either a “refresher “ of a full cleaning, after three days we had to call because the trash cans were both overflowing, then three days later had to call again to have the beds changed that hadn’t been changed at all , but because the hose from a cpap machine was laying on the bed they couldn’t change sheets. But offered to come back……

“I was in a non smoking room that had cigarette butts on the floor, on the telephone key pad, ashes on the side on the tub, there were wrappers on the floor, the chair had crumbs in it, the pillows and sheets had stains and snot on them and the comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. It smelled horrible!! I didn’t even stay! There was no way I would ever stay there. It was so disgusting!”

“The room didn’t have WiFi and I had blood spots on blanket. I wasn’t able my to get a hold of anyone at the hotel. ”

“Wi-Fi is super poor. My all devices cannot connect with Wi-Fi. ”

“For the most part, the staff was great! The rooms were huge and clean. The pool had plenty of clean towels. Bathrooms were stocked with clean towels etc. I did not like the sliding door on the bathroom- no lock. Plenty of lights, outlets, and charging ports in the rooms. Also tons of storage in the rooms. The shelves and closet made it easy to keep organized. Kitchenette was perfect. No stove, but microwave.... endless coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. The breakfast had a lot of good stuff -……

“Beautiful hotel, convenient and easy parking. Corner room overlooking downtown was very spacious, clean and comfortable!”

“Manager not there when I tried to check in at 11pm. He showed up fifteen minutes later. Was charged extra $100 stated it will be returned but hasn't yet. Room was freezing even though we turned the heater on. Never warmed up the room Bed was comfortable and managed to keep us warm. ”
