"This is an attractive, well-laid out house with an extremely accommodating owner. The home is pretty small—great for two or three with very little play area inside for kids—but there are several great outside areas on the deck, around the pool and stream. In terms of accessibility, three steps up to the doorway, a step down to the master bedroom and a step up to the ensuite master bath."

"This room provided basic essentials for my family to visit NYC. There is a small kitchenette with stove burners, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a few kitchen utensils. There is a bathroom, a kitchen table, one bed, and one pull-out futon. The side street location was quieter than the main streets located just a minute or two away. We sensed that the neighborhood was somewhat safe overall, though we remained vigilant. We loved the Exquisite Deli at the end of the street that had great...

"We all slept well but beds do make lots of noise moving around on them. Bathrooms are clean and very nice."

The space is very functional with two beds, a kitchen, and a laundry machine as well which is very helpful for a longer stay! "The location was great and thre property was almost perfect for our needs. The only negative issue was ants. When we got up the first morning of our stay the counter was teeming with ants. There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great."
