Deception

I booked a 3/2.5 Villa, which turned out to be a 3/2 apartment. My kids ended up sleeping in my bedroom due to menstrual stains and dirty linens. One would expect better since it is a brand new development and everything should be pristine. Although, I told them I was traveling with my dog and to not enter if I was not there, they did anyway. Luckily, my dog was crated...smh
