My Experience at Bahama Bay Resort

The staff was nice and courteous. The condo was clean, beautiful and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay . I would stay at Bahama Bay Resort again next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

We walked into a room that smell like pot which I wasn’t pleased because it’s a family resort

I called the front desk right away and there was no other room to move us to but I was promised a partial refund which there was no record of it at check out, management was busy on the phone and I was told I would be receiving a phone call which I haven’t and we checked out yesterday. Plus the main pool was closed

Our home was damaged during hurricane Irma. So for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we decided to stay at Bahama bay resort. My parents are in assisted-living and are 95 and 91 years old. I booked the grand Bahama so that we have a nice big place to stay for Christmas eve and Christmas day. In my initial message I told the person making the plans that my parents When 95 and 91 and we’re both in wheelchairs and we needed a handicap room. When we got there they had booked the room on the third floor and there are no elevators. It’s took almost an hour for them to finally get a room on the first floor even though there were a great many empty villas. with 95 to 91 and we’re both in wheelchairs and we need a handicap room. When we got there they had booked this room on the third floor and there are no elevators. It’s took almost an hour for them to finally a room on the first floor even though it was a great many empty villas. When we got to the Villa it was practically half the size of the rental that I booked. The area where we were going to have Christmas dinner was like a tight hallway. To make matters worse the refrigerator was not working properly and when we took the food out for Christmas day dinner it was all spoiled. The room smelled like urine.we were so in satisfied we left a day early. If you’re booking here make sure to confirm your booking as the place does have a potential to be a very nice vacation home.
