Great place

Warm pool and amazingly clean place!

Girl Scout trip.

We stayed here as a Girl Scout troop. There was space for everyone and then some! Many bathrooms and very clean. The host was very communicative with us as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Trip

We stayed at this property for our annual family trip. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kids really enjoyed the pool at the house and at the clubhouse. House is located close to shopping and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend this home!!

Decent place

Very little cooking supplies. No spices or anything. Not enough towels. Had issues w the dryer but they got someone out to fix it. Pool was freezing and we were told could not heat it in the summer

Great location

Hi. Overall it was a good stay. The location was great, it was spacious and the kids enjoyed the basketball game in the garage. We did have a few issues - the AC didn’t work but it was fixed the next day. Master shower wouldn’t drain, again fixed up he next day. The house is a bit worn - sheets seemed old and thin, one toilet seat was chipped etc. I think it would have been fair to refund that first night since it was very hot and we were all very uncomfortable. To be fair, we didn’t ask, but it was not offered either.

Spacious home

I wish there was a separate rating the management/owner would receive an excellent score. They were extremely responsive to all concerns. Always had a courteous attitude. I would give the home a 4 it was very spacious for our large family however the condition of the property could use some maintenance. The community would receive a 2.5 the neighborhood was very crowded individuals were parking in the middle of the street and there was loud music into the late hours of the night no type of security services to call upon. While I would certainly revisit any property that this owner have we will not return to this community it doesn’t feel very safe

Huge home in crowded neighborhood

Our stay was not without issue, but Rosely was awesome with quick helpful responses. I would definitely look to stay in something she manages! House built as rental probably cutting corners on quality that was not expected based on the price we paid. Several little things needing repair. Large size home has airflow issues making temperature control challenging to some of the bedrooms. Houses sit on top of each other including the neighbors pool right under master bedroom window. Beds very comfortable and cutely themed rooms. While lots of room to spread out across 5 bedrooms, the 3 with two beds have very little extra space. Plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen with great counter area. Bring your own trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent. House is very close to resort pool and clubhouse. However, there are too many houses for the small size and this area was always extremely crowded. Instead, we enjoyed the personal pool on the lanai. Convenient location within 20-30 minutes of any Orlando destination. Plenty of restaurants in the area and a nice Publix grocery nearly across the street. Home would be suggested for families staying together while spending the day out elsewhere.

A Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful vacation at this home. We were minutes from Disney and loved our resort days at the pool and lazy river! The house was super clean and had more than enough room for our family. The pool was a kid favorite. The dining and living area were generous and we loved having a washer and dryer. The kitchen was spotless but a little disappointing. There was nothing larger than a little 8" frying pan and no grill. We ended up ordering out more than we planned. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend a stay there to anyone!

Spacious house for large group with fabulous community pool

We had a group of 11 people (6 adults and 5 children) staying at the home during our recent trip to Florida. The location was great - a short 20 minute drive to Disneyworld parks and 30 minute drive to Universal. We were impressed with the spaciousness of the house and liked the well kept neighbourhood. The community pool area was fabulous. The home was reasonably clean for the most part, with some built up dirt on baseboards, marks on walls etc. There were a few items in the home in disrepair - the most disappointing being the legs of most of the games in the games room, so we didn't make any use of that space. We were OK with the slight damage to blinds, couch legs etc, except that there wasn't a check in report to complete so were concerned that we might be charged for damage we didn 't do. It would be a good idea to add this to check in procedure. While the ad for the property did indicate that we would have to provide our own supplies, when we arrived we could only find 10 bath towels (for 11 people), 5 hand towels, 5 face cloths, 3 tea towels and zero kitchen wash cloths. We had to go to the store to buy more as we were staying for 3 weeks. Also, all of the hand soap pumps were completely empty in the bathrooms. While we fully expected to purchase our own items, in our experience with previous rentals they usually leave a bit of supplies to get you going for the first day or so. Finally the kitchenware was disappointing. There were minimal supplies for cooking utensils and small appliances and everything seemed very cheaply made. All of the knives were cheap and extremely dull. We made do with what we had, however, and did have a great time. If an investment was made into better quality kitchen supplies, more linens and slightly more generous initial personal supplies, it would take this rental to the top of the ratings.
