DIRTY!!! WARM AC
Before we booked, we read multiple reviews stating the place was dirty. I sent a message asking about this and was told they changed their cleaning practices and assured me it would be clean. Well when we got in, there was hair and dirt all over the floor. You could write your name on top of the refrigerator. I had to go to Walmart to buy a mop and floor cleaner to mop the floor myself. I notified the management company and told them, all they said was that they would speak to the cleaning crew. This was unacceptable since I warned them prior about the cleanliness. The other issue was the AC. They have a sign that says keep AC on 73 which is fine if the the actual temp inside would stay 73 but it never did and the AC ran all day and night. We notified management right away and they stated someone came by to fix it when we were gone BUT It was still warm the whole time. We keep our AC at home at 76 so obviously something was wrong here.

Great spot for family trip to Orlando!
The condo was perfect for what we needed and we all had a great time! Spacious, comfortable, tidy, and conveniently located. Having the pool & playground was perfect, too! Would totally stay again :).

New Condo
Dented dirty frying pan. Master bedroom very dusty. Water pressure varied greatly from one outlet to another. Mold in the niche in master bathroom. Shower drain did not work properly. Extremely slow.

Brand New and Working out the Kinks
Brand new Condo in a super convenient part of Orlando. Very close to attractions but off the path of traffic.
Great communication with owner and manager.
New place and has new place oddities but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Only con - cleaning crew isn’t worth the price. There were several little things unclean.
