Paridise palms stay

Location of the home is great. Could use more towels, mattresses in masters need to be replaced, otherwise kitchen was well stocked and the home was clean. Thanks for the stay!

Great house

We had a group stay at the house and we all loved it! The pool and hot tub were used a lot! The location was great and easy to find, we didn't use the big pool at the resort but it looked amazing. The house was clean and plenty big with bedrooms and bathrooms to spare and the living room upstairs was a nice extra space to spread out in. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

Check in process was easy. The property was just as described. We enjoyed having all the space and really enjoyed the two living areas, as some of the kids would watch TV upstairs. Figuring out the TV's and multiple remotes was a little bit of a hassle but I think we worked through that. We had a great time staying here.

Family Disney trip

The home was amazing we stayed for 3 nights and 2 days we spent majority of our time at animal kingdom then magic kingdom the rooms were huge and comfortable the pool area was nice the children enjoyed the pool it was so much food in the area … the only issue we had was the microwave didn’t work other than that we really enjoyed this home

3 family stay

We had a great stay here. It was myself, my 3 kids (15,12, & 7), my sister, her husband, and their 4 kids (15, 13, 11, & 9), our mom and step dad. Condo was very spacious and we didn't once feel we were on top of each other. We didn't have a single issue and loved the fact that we could all fit comfortably in the pool.

Vacation stay

The house was very nice. Plenty of room. We had 10 people. The only thing was the fuse kept blowing for the microwave. The cleaning crew needs to move the furniture and dressers to clean better. We would stay again. Very close to Disney and other adventures. Easy check in if you do the pre check in.

Disney vacation

We as a family stayed in this house. The house has 2 masters, its bigger than I thought. 2 living room areas. Larger dinning room with open concept to living room and kitchen. Plenty of space. We had Mom & Dad, 2 adult children and spouses, 5 grand kids, 1 adult friend and my oldest daughters mother n law. We had plenty of room for more. Pool was nice and clean, hot tub was HOT! Checkin and out was easy with email and preregister. Walmart with in 2-3 miles. Food places and gift stores. Overall would rent this again.

Great location home is dated

Check in and communication with management company was great. We had two families (10 adults , 1 infant). The place overall was clean except for the rugs. They are in dire need of cleaning and replacement. Stains were everywhere on stairs and bedrooms. We have stayed in previous homes in the same development and none have been this bad. We also noticed that they were not enough plates. they had some staged on the table, but only a few in the cabinet. also no salt and pepper Just make sure you bring your own. Refrigerator ice maker does not work either. Washer and dryer are very old as well loud and noisy. and they did an OK job getting clothes clean but the dryer left lots of lint on clothes. We requested service because the microwave was not working. It was a Sunday morning and they said they would send somebody. Nobody ever showed up . Monday morning, I contacted the management company and let them know that we were able to fix the problem it was a circuit breaker. The hot tub took a extremely long time to heat up Almost 2 hours before it will become a temperature of a hot tub. The pool was a bit dirty and probably needs a thorough cleaning. on the day of checkout at exactly 9:59 am, the doorbell rings and it's the cleaning crew. We were packing the cars and I just found it odd and felt rushed. We were out by 10:10. I told the cleaning crew that they could come in but they chose to wait in the car. Great location but probably not my favorite house we rented.

The house was beautiful, quiet and very clean. It's also very large and the two master suites were a plus. The beds are extremely comfortable but the living room sofa and chairs are showing their age. It was nice having the wooded area behind the house, however the houses are so close together that you have no privacy if you are using the pool or patio at the same time the neighbors are using theirs. You will receive the bare minimum of towels and essentials, but that information is in the listing so we came prepared with what we needed. Overall, it was a great value for our stay.

Orlando Vacation

The layout and space of the house is great. It was clean. And we had no issues. They contacted us shortly before checkin to tell us there were stains from previous tenant, that theyd try to have it cleaned if we were out, but couldnt guarantee it with holiday weekend. The furniture appearance is fine, but its all very worn and has little support. The beds were fine, but definitely worn. Overall.. the property is fine, but is in need of new furniture.

Fun Family Getaway!!!

This property was perfect for our family as we gathered for 4 fun days of a much needed getaway. Due to Covid-19 we were unable to do much site seeing but the house pool was much appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped for a couple of family dinners. Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee!!! Would visit again and tell all our friends!

Perfect!!

This home was perfect for a family and friends getaway. It was a group of 14 of us and we all had enough space! The 2nd living area upstairs was perfect. The housd was better than advertised. The pool was perfect and the club house perfect for the kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This is our third year in a row staying at this property and my family absolutely loves it. I love the fact it’s in a gated community and the security makes rounds all the time. The location is perfect because we are close to everything yet we are secluded. We probably will be staying again next year. My advice to anyone is to preregistration that way you can go straight to the property.

Awesome Weekend

Our overall stay was excellent. I would recommend adding a few items such as: Dish soap for the Dishwasher, Filters for the Coffee maker, and laundry detergent. Once again, we had very few complaints.

Great Family Vacation

Our overall stay was excellent. This is the second time my family stayed at this property. A few upgrades have been done since our stay in 2020 which is always a plus. However, housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning before our stay, bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned, and trash was left in one of the upstairs bedroom. I’m hoping this was just a hiccup and will not happen with future stays. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely consider booking this property for our next vacation.

Exceeded my expectations

My family and I needed a break with different scenery. We enjoyed this house more than I can explain. My son wasn’t able to enjoy his senior year. So I decided to rent this property and have 5 seniors come along. They enjoyed the pool. The sauna. We drove to Orlando and they were able to paintball, enjoy virtual reality games, top golf, ride go karts and a few other activities. This was a blessing & the price made everything affordable for me. Thank you.

Kids Summer Start Vacay

The overall of the property was amazing. There was more thab enough space for my family to enjoy and relax. It was thw beginning of the kids summer and this helped the group to unwind. The kids enjoyed the pool to the entirety. The only thing that was a no go was the one trash bag for the entire weekend and the air conditioner situation. We were only allowed to set the air to 72° which was still too hot for the amount of space to be covered. We were up throughout the night because of the air discomfort. Overall property we would love to visit again.

Family Trip

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay at the Paradise Palms Resort. The property was as described, the property was exactly how the pictures showed. The property itself was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The kids LOVED every minute of the private pool located in back of the property. The best decision ever. There were a couple of things that were not so good. One being the washer in the laundry room only worked if you have it on the cold water temperature otherwise it will not turn on. Two there should be a way to latch the garbage bench located on the front porch so that local wildlife cannot get into the trash. We couldn't put any trash out until morning because there was a raccoon that kept getting into the trash bench. Other than that we had a great stay. My family and I will definitely stay again!!

Great Alternative to a Disney Resort

Stayed here for my daughter’s soccer tournament at Disney and turned it into an extended family vacation. We’d stayed at a Disney resort a few years prior, but enjoyed this as a less expensive and more flexible alternative. The house was spacious and nice, with most of the basics we needed for the week. We just had to get some extras like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and food, but otherwise it was ready to move in. There were a few minor issues with the hot water, light fixtures, etc., but the very courteous maintenance person came right away to address. There were also several cosmetic issues that I was sure to video as soon as we arrived to ensure it was noted they weren’t our fault (dings and scratches on walls and furniture, missing light cover, utility cover missing, etc.), but these didn’t impact the quality of my stay. My only very minor gripe is the 4PM check in, which to be fair was made clear upon booking, and although somewhat comparable to a hotel’s typical 3pm check in, is a bit less flexible. Also the checkout process wasn’t as clear as the check in process, occurred at 10am which is about an hour earlier than a typical hotel, and housekeeping rang the doorbell at 10:00 sharp. I emailed to make sure I didn’t miss anything regarding the checkout process and don’t think I got a response, so hopefully there were no issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come back and try to get this same house.

40th Birthday Celebration

This was a wonderful experience! The property was great, the management company was attentive and easy to communicate with, & the neighborhood was lovely. Our only negative would’ve been that people took the 10pm quiet time very seriously, so you couldn’t be in the pool after 10, but it wasn’t a huge deal since we’re tired after Disney anyway. I think if we’d had different neighbors it wouldn’t have been such a big deal, as we weren’t that noisy. However, the property security were so nice about it and it was fine. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to any large group traveling to Disney!

Great stay

Had a group of 9 women for a Disney themed bachelorette trip for 4 days. House had more than enough beds and bathrooms for the group. Everything was clean, very little clutter of decorations and other items. Plenty of seating for dining and lounging. Pool was great but hot tub never got warm enough to be used, despite many attempts fo heat it up. Kitchen was great for large portion cooking but pretty minimal utensils, only the bare minimum. Location was great! About 20 minutes from all Disney locations and very close to Disney springs. Owner was very responsive regarding a trash pick up issue, which was resolved within a few hours. Over a really great stay! Highly recommend for larger groups wanting access to a resort type neighborhood and close drives to Disney!

Spacious for 11 people. Nice amenities. A pair of scissors would be nice since we can't carry scissors on airplanes. Attention needed to cleanliness of kitchen.
