Great Disney stay

We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills for several years while we visit Disney parks and it continues to be the perfect location. Our host had excellent communication and the property was clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend!

We just got home and would love to go right back. This home was clean, super cute (especially, the Star Wars room!) and homey feeling. It had everything we needed and the whole process was easy! Our daughter loved the pool and water slide in the complex, too!!! Highly recommend!

Everything was very nice and clean. The only issue I had was there seemed to have been a recent leak in the ceiling in the kitchen area and it seemed like it may have had some black mold on the ceiling and around vents. We were so busy that I didn’t get a chance to tell the manager. I took a picture to show the manager.if needed. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay and would recommend this unit.

Great Stay

Our Family of 4 stayed for a week. I would absolutely stay there again. The property was beautiful and clean. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Having kids we appreciated the lock and alarm system for the pool. Another thing I really liked what that all the tv’s had a big selection of regular channels. We don’t spend a ton of time inside watching tv but it’s nice to have the option when we are, I feel like most rental properties have weird tv set ups with limited options. The zero gravity chairs by the pool were very comfy.

Vaca for the Family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental prvoide enough space for my family's needs. My grandson was so thrill with his room, pool,gym, and water park. My daughter's room was comfortable for her, and we love the fact of having a full kitchen and laundry room. However the upstairs king bed was horrible my fiancee and I had a terrible night sleep each night. I figured it out the box spring on the bed is trash, it was like sleeping on a brick fence. The first night we were like well I guess we will not be getting a restful night's sleep on this vacation. The mattress did not give at well it was very hard and uncomfortable each movement was meet with a crunch like it was made of wood and cardboard. I suffer from back problems and just had knee replacement surgey close to 3 months ago. I had to sleep propped up on pillows so my back would not lay directly onto the mattress. I recommend you replacing that box spring or just a platform for support. I was not satisfied with our sleeping arrangements. Also Maintenance needs to check screws and bolts on chairs, one chair I pull to sit on I throught it had casters on it until I realized the the 2 front legs was loose. The Cleaning Crew needs to cleaning the tracks on the patio door they were filthy and the patio glass was stained with water from the pool when splashed. On our last day the maintenance crew came to repair the broken/loose section of the Lanai. And at some point the sofa set needs to be shampooed I kept finding long stringy hairs that was so gross. The ceiling fans in all the rooms needs cleaning often. I do recognize it a stay rental and it can't be spotless but cleanness is very important after we all went through with that thing call "Covid". That should be to first service you provide to all your guests. Security was very professional but the elder lady at the Service Center did not greet us when we requested to use the gym she just handed us a piece of paper with the code on it didn't give us directions on which way to enter.

The house was nice, was easy to get to, close to Disney World and we had no issues with our stay. The reality is we spent every day at the the theme parks and didn't spend any time at the house other than to sleep at night. The mattress in the master bedroom was very firm which for me was a bit uncomfortable. The shower in the master suite had low shower flow, maybe that's just how it is in Florida, and the drain doesn't drain well. By the time you're done taking a shower there is an 1" of water in the bottom. Other than those very minor observations, our stay was great.
