Amazing Hosts & Townhome, but Management Company could not help

The hosts of this property are amazing communicators & their place is beautiful. Unfortunately, we ran into issues with not being able to get in during a 10:30pm check-in, the hosts were sleeping, and we were unable to get help from the management company on file. The management company kept telling us they couldn’t help us because they didn’t manage the property. We called four times hoping someone else from the mgmt company would find the property, and no luck. We went back to the front office to confirm the mgmt company, and see if the front office could help us get into the condo, but no one was able to assist, as the front office also had the same mgmt company info on file. Unfortunately, this meant we were unable to get into the townhome on our first night & had to find a place to stay. The hosts took care of the issue first thing the next day, refunded the night’s stay being we weren’t able to stay there, and were super apologetic, but having to find a place to stay after midnight being we spent an hour and a half trying to get in was incredibly difficult. The hosts went out of their way to make sure everything else with our stay went well, which we appreciated, and we would certainly consider staying here again based on the hosts’ communication & attempts to resolve issues so promptly.

The Lazy River house

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with our family. My Granddaughters LOVED the lazy River and the waterslide. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable.
