This house is a great location for Disney. House was clean, pool and hot tub were great temps ( we paid extra for heat) and host was very responsive The house is a bit dated but still very functional

The house was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place. Great location, comfortable and clean. We especially loved the way the backyard was fenced so our dog could go out without us having to take her on a leash. You're only a few minutes from the parks, grocery stores and restaurants. Perfect location!

A pleasant getaway

This house is nice space and was reasonably well appointed for our needs. Beds were fine, although some of the other furniture and carpets are dated. Neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Owner/manager was very responsive to our requests.

Florida Getaway

The property was really nice, the whole family loved the hot tub and pool table. We didn't pay the extra 200 for the pool heater so the water in the pool was freezing. They have the door programmed to not accept your door code to exactly 4pm, we arrived at 3:30 but they still wouldn't let us check in until 4pm which seemed a little unreasonable. The house has a great location if you are planning to hit Disney or Universal parks. Overall we had a great time and i would recommend this house for families that are looking for an alternative to staying at a disney resort.

Not impressed

This property did not live up to the high ratings it shows. It is very dated! We expected to cook our own meals, but the kitchen was not suitable for doing so. It doesn’t have even the basics like dish towels, salt and pepper shakers or a can opener that actually works. The kitchen sink was rusty. I realize that the property is dog friendly, but the sofa smells like dogs. This home needs a serious updating all around. The location is great for the parks. The pool area was great.

We stayed for my daughter's 11th birthday and attended Disney's MNSSHP! It was perfect! We left the parking lot and were back to the house in less than 10 minutes. My daughter loved the pool, pool table, and ping pong. Plenty to keep her busy :)

This house was really perfect. It has the best pool of any house I've ever rented. The shaded porch is really a nice area to watch the kids in the pool. With the pool table, pin-pong, darts etc. the kids were well entertained at night. We've stayed in this neighborhood a couple of times before but this is the best house. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk in. Has a nice park at the entrance. Very close to Hwy 192 which has every chain restaurant in the world. Beds were fine and the house was clean. Great vacation house. We took an Uber to Universal, $18 in the morning $ 35 at night. Worth it.

Mixed feelings

Good location, quiet neighborhood. Nice villa but in need of some updating. It was very clean and well equipped. The carpet in the master is threadbare going into the bathroom and a sharp tack stuck in my husband's foot. Kitchen cabinets need updating. And the cue ball on the pool table had big chunks out of it. The master bed is super comfy and has a nice bathroom. Pool area is nice to sit around and a great enclosed garden area for our dog. As I said mixed feelings. But overall a good stay.

Rundown House

This was our big Disney family trip for our kids. My husband and I like staying in houses for space and privacy. We had looked at many rentals but this one caught our eye because of location, the house has a pool with a built in table, and washer and dryer. Unfortunately this property was a big disappointment. The TV in the master never had reception, the showers were cold, the dish washer had broken parts and was unable to properly clean the dishes. The table in the pool which was an attractive feature for us had a large crack in it. I was afraid the crack would pinch the top of my kids legs. Each cabinet is clearly marked as to how many bowls, cup, plates, etc. are supposed to be in the cabinet. There were only two cups so some of us had to drink out of mugs. Although, we had the essentials, this isn't how I would have pictured a stress free vacation. My suggestion is look elsewhere for a rental, the pictures are deceiving.

Pros:- Great, fast communication with host.- Great location, super close to WDW, stores & restaurants but still a quiet & tucked away neighborhood.- Best pool we have ever had a rental property!- House, & backyard much larger than the pictures depict.Cons:- House could use some updates, but with that would come an increase in price, so we were fine with it.- The master bedroom mattress was awful! If they replace the master bedroom's mattress we would definitely make this a regular stay!

Overall an enjoyable stay. The house was perfect for our needs. Only two cons for our stay. The pool alarm button was too high up. The only one that could reach it was my husband and he is 6 ft 3 inches tall. So he had to get up every time someone wanted to go in or out. The other one many of the tv channels do not come in due to their cable system.

If I could give it a rate it would be 10+++++

Beautiful property, couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in. The neighborhood was quite and very clean. A big plus I was coming down for the big dog show at the Convention center and they allowed me to bring ALL of my dogs. Again great set up for the dogs - big yard with easy access in/out of the home. If I come back I def will rent again!!!! Kudos to the owners of this property!!
