This property was awesome definitely my favorite VrBo I have been to by far! Pool heat works, hot tub was huge, the patio was awesome, safe neighborhood with LOTS of amenities on site like a waterpark, basketball court etc. We did not want to leave!

This home is amazing! Every room is done beautifully, the pool area is great, kitchen had everything we needed, and communication with the management company was superior. It fit 22 people very comfortably. Great location to all the parks and anything else you may need. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family Birthday Celebration

Breathtaking house with an "at home" feeling! The house was gorgeous. I chose it because every room was themed, not just the kids rooms. I was a celebration of birthdays with the youngest turning 1 and the oldest 70. We had a blast!

The house was excellent! The customer service was impeccable, always quick to respond and clarify all our questions. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary utensils, which made our stay even more comfortable. In addition, the location is great, with supermarkets and everything we needed nearby. The cleanliness of the house was also exceptional, everything was spotless upon our arrival. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and worry-free stay!

Amazing House

We had an extended family vacation with 18 of us. The kids loved all the bedrooms, they were amazed at how well each rooms theme was created. They switched rooms almost every night so they could all sleep in each one. My youngest(4yrs) loved the pirate ship bed, she called that the first night and never gave it up. Pool and hot were clean and outdoor space was great. We spent a lot of time outside and enjoyed it. Kitchen/ living room area is large and open so the whole group could be in one area comfortably and talk. I would recommend and we plan on staying again in the future.

Super house!

We were 5 families that stayed in this house over Labor day weekend. The house was exactly as portrayed in the pictures, everything was in great condition. The rooms were amazingly decorated, kitchen was fully stocked, and everything worked. Great pool areas as well. Customer service was outstanding. The only issue we had was that 4 of the beds were for kids under 75 pounds which we were not aware of so we wound up having to place several mattresses on the floor. Apart from that nothing but great things to say…… We have been doing this trip for 15 years and this was the best house we have stayed in. Highly recommended!

Great stay!!

House is accurately listed on VRBO. Very clean, large and we never felt cramped. Close to all the Disney parks with easy routes that avoid the morning traffic. Theatre room is smaller than we thought and only sat 7 of us. There were two large bean bag options. We are movie fans so end of the night watching movies was a big deal for us but we managed. Highly recommend this house. Only issue we had were rowdy neighbors but security was quick to come. Houses in this neighborhood are very close together. We would return but we always pick different houses each year. Oh and property managers communication is stellar.

A dream come true!

Top-notch experience, polite and accurate communication combined with an elegant and well-located house. This property is beautiful and was able to accommodate our family of 20. Every member found a favorite room (Moana, Star Wars and Avatar were the top 3. It was hard to decide. They are all so fantastic). The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. (Everyone really enjoyed the Star Wars and Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes, the pool, the theater, hot tub, play room) The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located. Would absolutely recommend staying there! And we will come back for sure!

Poor start with excellent service recovery

Poor Start: We arrived in the late afternoon to find the pool not heated as promised. The “wrong” WIFI password had been given us AND the upstairs air conditioning not working (THAT was terrible!). We fixed the first two issues ourselves - management sent a maintenance man (Mr Torres who was wonderful) he arrived at 9:00 pm and had to Freon charge the upstairs unit which worked fine afterwards) ALL of these issues were preventable if they had checked the property as I had specifically asked! Service Recovery: Mr Torres was great - fixed the HVAC within an hour! The house was a pleasure to stay in after that! Also,, the cleaning requirements were minimal (even though we’re pretty respectful tenants to begin with). All said- it was a great experience and we’d use the host again! The Gallick Family
