We had several issues with our rental. I reached out multiple times, sent pictures, and tried to communicate with your reps. The unit was extremely dirty and generally unkept. There was black mold on the air vents, AC filter was beyond filthy, the furniture was falling to pieces as we tried to sit down, the TV/Internet did not work, and the refrigerator would not keep anything cold as it could not maintain temperature. I asked if we could simply be moved to a different property because of the substandard conditions of our rental and was told no. This could have potentially solved all of our problems. The "solution" I was given was that housekeeping could be sent the next day to refresh. We all know that a refresh clean would not remediate the mold, badly stained carpets, internet issues, and certainly not the dying refrigerator. With just a few short days for a very much needed vacation with my family I honestly didn't feel it was my job to inspect, report, and deal with the many problems that were left for me to handle. Like the majority of your clients, I simply wanted a clean, safe, and comfortable place for my family and I to try to enjoy valuable time together. Again, I requested to be moved. No harm, no foul. But that simple solution was rejected by your rep. And instead, probably by design, I was left to use the little time I had on vacation trying to call, email, send pictures, make more phone calls in search of getting what I paid for versus the scrapes of what you had left at the change of your busy summer season. I was never even offered compensation for having to try and manage your issues! To say I am unhappy with your company would be an understatement. I was a returning guest but after this last experience I cannot say I will use your services again. Now that my vacation has ended and my family and I are back to the usual stresses of life, I would like to know how to plan to try and make this right.
