Great Service from property manager, great location, large home

This is a nice, large home in the Champions Gate community, located close to the Oasis central pool/leisure facility, which is included in the rental. The property managers were super responsive - we had an issue upon checkin and they had someone out to resolve it within 90 minutes. They were easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions. Checkin was automated and easy.The property itself was as advertised, with plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and gather for family time. The pool was great - large and fun. The game room was well stocked. There are some minor maintenance issues and some of the areas in the home could benefit from an update, but there was nothing that spoiled our enjoyment of the property. We spent a lot of time in the home as this was a "no park" trip for us and we had a great time.

The WORST HOME EVER!!!!

The pictures of the home was false, the furniture looked as if they picked it off the side of the road… the home was not clean when we got there. It was dirty underwear, left in the movie room, popcorn, and dirt left on the floor broken blinds, broken beds. We checked in on Sunday, June 29th through July 6… the kitchen appliances was awful. The dishwasher was broke when we arrived. It was water in the middle of the kitchen floor. The oven was dirty only had two burners that would work on the stove and they only would stay on high. You couldn’t adjust the heat swimming pool look like swamp water and we killed two roach bugs. I took pictures and spoke with the property owner. We had maintenance at the house five days out of my seven days stay there. I’m still in the process of trying to get some type of refund. This home was horrible. They need to update the whole house and remodel. Do not waste your money on this home very very very disappointed. and the kitchen sink was held up with a stick maintenance came out and put two by fours up to keep it from falling in. We only enjoyed ourselves by leaving every day and took advantage of the oasis Clubhouse every day. That was the only good thing about the stay was the swimming pool and the tiki bar at the clubhouse.
