Family Fun

With a group of 21 we all felt we had our own space as well as great gathering space. The arcade was a HUGE hit and the pool was a great place to chill out.

12 bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Great for bringing a lot of people together under one roof. 15 minutes from Disney Parks. Excellent location, would stay here again in a heart beat. My family and friends loved the house, great find!!

Great location, need better furniture.

Furniture was a disappointment. We are familiar with the different houses in encore as we come each year. Really liked where this was located and the games were entertaining.

Thanksgiving Holiday

The home was perfect for our family. Our first night was horrible because of a video shoot that was filmed at the house next door with loud music and many people. Fortunately it only lasted one night but loud music at 3:00 am was disturbing. The managers were extremely responsive when we called with questions. The only issue we had was the heating of the pool. We reported it but it was never repaired. We were able to use the hot tub. The game rooms and the theater room were phenomenal and enjoyed by all. The other issue had to do with the spaceship bedrooms which didn’t have a separating wall which caused us to have to change some planned sleeping arrangements. Given no separation between the rooms the number of bedrooms is overstated. We would absolutely rent it again.

We had a full house and felt comfortable. It looked like the pictures, I feel the price was competitive, and it was overall cleaned. Only wish I realized before we booked that we did not have access to the community pool and water park. Would stay again if we had no plans to use the water facilities.

Nothing like family

My family and I had an Amazing time!! The house was spacious and very clean. We spent a lot of time in the game room. This house was the best that I have ever rented and it exceeded our expectations. The description and photos of the house are exactly as advertised. The response time from the property manager was quick. We all would highly recommend this house.

Great place for a friends and family vacation or work offsite!

The house is amazing, the rooms are just like you see in the photos, and the neighborhood is charming. The kitchen is giant and we even brought in a chef to teach a cooking class. We enjoyed the movie theater and even used it for a company zoom call. Our team had a wonderful time!

Great House for Large Groups

It was a wonderful place with so many different things to be entertained with - pool, billiards, game room, craps table, theatre room. The way it is distributed suited our group of 28 very well. There was an issue with the pool not being suitable to go in for the first 3 days of our stay and the management company was on top of it until it was made right.

Lack of facilities

The house was okay, but the listing was misleading. It showed pictures of a community water park and other amenities, but we later found out the owner hadn’t paid the maintenance fees, so we couldn’t access them. That was disappointing. Also, there were very few utensils provided at first, which made cooking difficult. After we called the owner, he did provide more, which we appreciated. Still, clearer communication upfront would’ve made the stay much smoother.
