Getting Around:
The townhome is 27.4 miles (about a 30-minute drive) from the Orlando International Airport and is located inside the Championsgate Resort community. It’s always best to check your mobile phone map or traffic app for driving times, as they differ depending on the time of day.
Other Things to Note:
Pool & BBQ
- Pool heating is available (Winter only) for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.
What You'll Find When You Arrive
- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.
Good to Know Before You Arrive
- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.
House Guidelines
- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.
- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.
- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.
- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.
- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.
Booking Requirements
- Lead guest must be 21 or older.
- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation
- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.
- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)
Safety & Damages
- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided within 24 hours before your arrival.
