This house had everything we needed and more! Beautiful place with lots of space. Everyone was happy with ther own bathroom and the half bath by the pool was so great. Would definitely stay again!!

Girls Golf Getaway

Fantastic time at a wonderful home in a beautiful resort. The house was beautiful, clean, private and quiet with pretty much everything you needed. Everyone in the group - 6 women - all loved it. It helped to make our trip memorable. From time by the pool, in the hot tub to playing pool!Upon arrival the pool had not been heated as requested and they sent someone right out. We had a few other questions etc that they were responsive to.We definitely hope to be back!

Perfect Family Retreat

We enjoyed our stay in the villa. The property was as pictured inside and outside. Very close to attractions without being too close and congested. The pool and spa was a highlight, once we called to have it heated it was the perfect temperature. Would definitely rent again for our family getaways.

Beautiful home!

Our 2 week stay in June at this beautiful home was beyond fantastic. The master suite downstairs was fit for a queen! All bedrooms are en suite and that made everyone happy. We had more than enough space for my family to enjoy themselves...the pool and outdoor kitchen with tv keep everyone happy!! The grill saw much activity and having a pool bathroom was a bonus!! There were more than enough pool loungers, as well as 2 tables and chairs for entertaining. There were plenty of pool towels for both children and adults. An added bonus was having the use of the garage, which made more driveway space for visitors. We would not hesitate to book another stay at this wonderful home!!

No compensation for hot tub not working

House was great but property management showed little care that one of the main amenities of the house was not working. Refunded for the pool/hot tub heat that was extra but no compensation for the fact that hot tub was broken and unusable whether we wanted it or not. Very disappointing to come home from a long day at Walt Disney World and not be able to use hot tub or pool.

Great vacation (10 people)

Beautiful home, very nice pool (large, free form pool-not small like some Florida rentals). Jeeves was very easy to work with and very responsive. We had an issue with the pool heat on successive days but each time the response time was less than an hour (that blew us away, especially given that we were there over the holidays!). The problem was addressed and we had no other issues. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with upscale homes. Every bedroom in this house has its own bathroom. The downstairs master is gorgeous. The second floor master suite is something to behold. Think palace. Reunion Resort (the community) is like an oasis of calm in the Kissimmee area. The only negative (very minor) was the absence of a cable box on the main floor - not an issue except for bowl games!
