Bad

We rented the house only because it had a pool and spa heater,i specifically remind them a day before to be sure the heater is on and i was told that it worked just to get there and found it ice cold,they said they will fixed it but they didn't, they texted us we'll call you shortly but never called only after 2 days to came to fixed but it was already too late besides that my wife found a cockroach in the kitchen they said they will come to sprayed but never came,they were some nice guys who Tried to help and gave us 100 ish dollars back but in conclusion we had a very bad experience I'm not a guy who complaines and this is my first time writing a bad review but they should improve a lot
