Great experience! Matthew was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. The kids had a great time in the pool and the movie theater. All our family flew in from NY and had an amazing time. Definitely a great place to stay.

Big beautiful home. Close enough to the parks to make the commute easy, but far enough away that it didn’t feel crowded. Pool was awesome. Well worth it to pay for the heating and enjoy the great hot tub.

Booked this lovely house for the family, as we came to visit Florida for Disney. My family had the best time in this house, and we’re super comfortable staying at this lovely house. House provided big spacious living room and game rooms to bond with family and children. Beautiful rooms for all family and children who attended our family trip. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our home cooked meals. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, we had absolutely no problems while arriving or leaving property. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Florida with a large family !!!

Communication with property owner/manger was great and made everything from checking in to checking out a smooth process. The home was immaculately clean. Our only issue was there was no water pressure which made the water hard. The home was conveniently located near Publix and Walmart which made store runs quick and easy. Our family had a great time and will definitely return for our next trip.

Great location. Perfect accommodation for our family. Photos are accurate. Need to repair the speaker bar in theater. We could not use during our stay. Hot tub was warmed at no charge in exchange. Would recommend for family gatherings.

Wonderful! Enjoyed every bit. The only dislike about the home was that the jacuzzi had a smell to it. Otherwise, the entire home was beautiful inside and out. The home fit my family needs.

Perfect House

This house was just as described, if not better! We had an amazing time, and its location was perfect, just the right driving distance to all the places we visited, including ESPN Wide World of Sports, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom.

Work Team Retreat

This property was a great fit for us, there were only 12 of us staying, but we wanted plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable in one house. My only critique would be to have more basic kitchen amenities like salt and pepper and cooking spray. Otherwise the rooms were awesome. The pool was great and the check-in checkout process was very easy. I had asked for an early check-in and they were able to accommodate that very easily.

Nice location!

The property manager was very responsive when I had questions. The kids and the family absolutely loved the house. The theme rooms were a hit among the kids while resulted with them almost arguing over the rooms. Although there was loud neighbor (rapper) visiting, the location was relatively quiet and very nice to be in. I wouldn’t mind coming back for another stay. All the rooms were very spacious and big. The big plus was the fact that there are two laundry rooms in the house as well as the pool and jacuzzi.

Fun Getaway

House was a enjoyable spot to spend our week in Florida. Pool was great, the games room was fun, we liked having 2 refrigerators/dishwashers/sinks. The theatre was good but some of the chairs did not recline. The house was clean but some of the doors need to be cleaned and/or repainted. The entrance is showing wear.

Great vacation

This house is perfect for large groups. Plenty of space for kids and adults. The neighborhood was beautiful and in close proximity to all the theme parks. We wish we would have spent more time enjoying all the activities the rental had to offer. The only downside was having to bring our own trash bags, laundry soap and toilet paper. Although it was mentioned in the listing it was a new concept for us. Great experience overall.

Great option!

We’ve stayed in this neighborhood before but not with this management company. They were quick to remedy a problem with the AC and quick to replace a broken blender. We asked for a late check out and were granted one without an issue. The check out process was super simple-not stressful like our experience in previous stays with a different management company. We would definitely stay at this house again or another one of their properties!

Soccer team trip

We stayed at this house for a soccer tournament at ESPN which was less than 10 mins away. It was 8 adults and nine 15 year old boys. Everyone had an amazing time. The house was great for a large group. The boys loved all the amenities there and were never bored. Everything said their beds were comfortable. We would definitely come back here again. The property manager Matt was super helpful.

Loved this house

I will most definitely be staying with this listing again the location was perfect close to everything the neighbors was really good and never complained giving the fact that we traveled with children of all ages which can get loud at times the house was beautiful as shown on the listing . The kids and adults both enjoyed the pool and gaming area . The movie theater is to die for . My only complaint is the pool that I paid for but wouldn’t heat up until my last 4 hours and bring your own towels ! . We had a great stay thanks again

Perfect Soccer Team House

We played at the Disney ESPN facility over this Memorial Day weekend and this house was a short drive away and it was so nice to be able to jump in the pool in between games! It is 10-15 minutes away from all the Disney parks, very easy to get in/out of and in what appeared to be a safe neighborhood! The house was clean, had a great floor plan, and my boys REALLY enjoyed all the games they had there from ping-pong, jurassic park video game, table soccer, and more! The pool was clean and there was a large Weber grill for us to use! The only potential negative was that the grill cooks very unevenly as it needs a good cleaning...other than that, this was a 10 out of 10! If we decide to play again next year, I have full intentions on booking this exact house again! The owners were very responsive and I found them to be so easy to work with!

Nice Property and Great Owner

Matthew was a pleasure to work with. He was super responsive and very quick to assist! The property accommodated my entire family and it made for a great stay. It was spacious and conveniently located. The kitchen was large and the rooms were nicely appointed. I would definitely stay here again! Just a couple of things to consider for future guests. As an adult, one of the bays in the star wars room sat a little low for adults. Banged my head a few times putting young ones to bed. Definitely should be lifted to avoid serious injury. Loved the towel availability, maybe consider a slightly larger supply. The kitchen was generously stocked with appliances…maybe consider a few condiments as well i.e. salt and pepper shakers. Showers were large but maybe increasing the water pressure. Again, just feedback and nothing negative. All in all, a great stay. You won’t be disappointed

A Time Was Had!!

My family and I had a WONDERFUL time during our stay at this house!! The pictures don’t do the house any justice, it was awesome!! Very spacious and EVERYTHING we were expecting it to be and then some!! There were two refrigerators, two dish washers, plenty towels and starter supplies. The trash was picked up daily, they came out and cleaned the pool, the clubhouse was huge (just wished we’d had access to the water amenities at the clubhouse). There were a few things we had issues with, the cable was out the first night we got there and the cable technician wasn’t able to come out until later the next the day. We found a few spot on the bed linen as well. The toilet in the master bedroom was really low and the bed in the master bedroom was low as well. The couch in the living room was nice but it needs to be updated, you almost fell into it because the cushions were really wore down. Other than that, everything was amazing and I can’t wait to book our next trip!! I would definitely recommend the host as well as the property!! Thank you all for such an amazing house and for making our stay so memorable!
