This is NOT a RESORT type hotel. It's very dirty with black mold growing in the bathroom and roaches running around EVERYWHERE. This hotel is mostly occupied by the less fortunate among us, many with young children and this hotel is, unfortunately, their home.

Paid for king size bed & got a full bed instead

My experience there was a 4/10. Didn't get a king size bed like I paid for online. Then my key card to open the room door hardly work and I would have to waste 5mins of my time fidgeting with it just to open my room door. Also had to pay an additional deposit fee that I wasn't expecting to pay when I got to my hotel room. The ac in my room wasn't working great and I was hot most of the time.

The room was dirty, the sheets looked dirty and there was a hair on one of the pillow cases. They did not look like they were washed from the previous guest. The towels also looked dirty and one had a hole in it. I know the place is old, but cleanliness is still expected. I will not stay there again.

Bare minimum

The pictures displayed for this hotel do not represent what I saw. Rust in the sink drain, pitted faucet, the only "lock" on the sliding glass doors was stick in the tracks, only 1 pillow supplied per bed, which only had 1 sheet each. There was a comforter in the closet... 1. Yes this was cheap, very cheap. I was only there to sleep a few hours, then left early. As far as I could tell it seemed to be fairly clean at least.
Light was likely replace, but wall not fixed

It was so noisy in the morning with kids yelling right outside the door. They asked us to clean before leaving, but there wasn’t even a single trash can provided. The bathroom was terrible—dirty and had a really bad smell

The worse

I got there she had me check the room before checking in, I went in stuff was broken every where, I went back to her said I need another room and she had again go check another room and it was decent. I stepped out and realized I left my room key inside my room. I got back the office was closed reached out to a number that was listed on the door and nothing, I tried everything and nobody came around to assist me. I had to book another hotel somewhere else. Not worth it. The worse .

This place should be called Stayaway not Stayable! No trash can in the room, no light switch to turn off the light, tv did not work, no hot water for a shower at 3 in the morning. Toilet barely flushed. I aware I thought we were on a hidden camera show seeing how much crap we would put up with!
