I had to book at the last minute and I really appreciate the accommodations at the last minute. Everything was as it was described the 4 couples really enjoyed the location close to everything.

Good value and lots of space

This home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, my family of 6 enjoyed the space. Check in was easy and the guard stand has 24 hour service which was nice when our flight was severely delayed. They provide a starter pack of supplies: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 kitchen trash bag, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 laundry detergent pod, etc.

Excellent property and location.

This property was so lovely, safe and close to all the amenities that we wanted. Disney parks were 10mins and less drive. I loved this place and will definitely use here again. My family and I spent 10 days here and it was excellent. A home away from home.

Overall great stay!

Loved staying at this property, the host was very helpful and responsive. Location was great, close to the parks and shopping. Felt the cleaning process could of been a little better (living room rug needed a vacuum and some food crumbs left on dinning room seats) but overall a very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again.

Great Property

The townhouse was beautiful and we felt extremely comfortable staying there! The property was spacious and had everything we needed. Dan and team were very responsive with questions. The community pool was very crowded, however the private pool was just perfect for us! I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!

Home away from home

I enjoyed the stay it was very nice . The house was beautiful..me and my family felt like we was at home.I will highly recommend anyone who's going down to Florida to rent the home I stayed in . When me and my family go back to Florida .I will rent that beautiful home again I loved the resort and the property we stayed at gets five stars*****

Met our needs perfectly

We had more than enough space and check-in was a breeze. We just followed the directions in the email. Overall a great alternative to higher priced properties and we didn't mind the short drives to Disney and Universal. Quiet neighborhood and so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants, etc.

Wonderful place, especially if multiple families!

We had a great time at this town home! We were 4 adults down with our 4 teenage daughter for the AAU Nationals Volleyball tournament. The bedroom sizes were great, the house beautifully decorated, directions clear and close to many grocery stores and activities. We quite enjoyed the pool at the house when the girls were to tired to venture to the community pool.

The perfect Florida vacation home

Just completed our stay at this beautiful Townhome. The pictures do not do it justice. It was even more than we expected, centrally located to shopping and close to theme parks such as Disney World. It was great to end the day at its family water park with the lazy river, water slides, golfing, hot tub, music, ice cream for kids and adults drinks for us to wind down for the day. I would highly recommend this Townhome.

Wonderful

The staff at the Guard building are amazing! The entire staff is great! The home was beautiful and very clean other than the bathtub in the king mater bedrooms. There was a lot of hair let in the showers. But again other than that it was an amazing experience.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at our little home away from home for two weeks. It was a beautiful home that was well furnished and very comfortable for everyone. Perfect location to Disney and ESPN while we stayed there for the cheerleading worlds and the summit. Home had everything we needed and more! We will definitely stay here on our return. For reference, we are a family of five, our children ranging from ages 11, 12 and 16. We had my parents staying with us and my mother-in-law as well. Everyone had their own space it was perfect!

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful, and well appointed. There are mirrors everywhere you look which is weird but not intrusive. The house is well kept and updated. Communication and response from the property managers is slower than expected, but they do communicate. All in all happy with the property. It is 12-20 minutes from Sea World properties and Disney. Great location.

Pleasant time

I stayed here with 7 others and we loved it! We all traveled from the northwest and were very tired. But the home was very clean and beautiful! Beds are comfortable and lots of room for our things and hanging out. Only complaint is that the hot water doesn’t turn on very quickly in the showers for some reason. But otherwise enjoyable.

House was big enough for our family and the kids loved the pool. Beds need to be updated they were hard and not very comfortable but I guess everyone has different likes when it comes to beds. 1 extra garbage bag is not enough for a family and extra toilet paper would be nice too but overall it was a nice home and our family had a great time while visiting.

False expectations

At the end of my staying i receive a email asking a 5 start review and i was going to get s starbucks card in reward, and now i understand why so many good reviews, but omg this is the second time we stayed in the same neighborhood for volleyball tournament, this house is so dirty, furniture old ripping the dining bench is broken and they try to fixed instead of changing it and is so dangerous to sit there, towels oh please bring your own towels, dryer machine cycle doesn't stop so be extra careful cause it can be drying all day or all night, is not worth the cost, be careful renting this property, location is excellent but thats it.

We had an excellent stay. Each room was perfect and spacious with room for lounging and catching up after a day filled with conferences and learning. The pool area was wonderful. Getting in and out of the complex was a breeze, and it's location near grocery shopping was fantastic. This space was well worth the expense. All of the appliances worked perfectly; we had plenty of towels, and the HVAC was great; we were very comfortable. A couple of minor issues: - The curtain rod in the main living area was not attached properly and fell out of the wall. I reached out to the owners who told us it would be fixed; it was not. - We pulled a large piece of plastic out of the garbage disposal (it was a blade guard for a knife) and the disposal seemed to be off balance. Again, we notified them, they said they'd take a look, but they did not. - There were a few burned out bulbs.

Nice place but bad communication

The place was very nice, well decorated, with everything you would need. Large complex that was very quiet. Had some nice things you could do that we never had a chance to use; pool, lazy river, fitness center. The issue was that the electricity went out the first night we were there. Manager/owned tried to blame it on rain that we had but both adjacent properties had electricity. They told us electrician would be there in an hour. An hour later they said he was almost there. An hour after that she said he was entering the complex. Then she stopped answering her phone. A while later he shows up and just has to flip the outside breaker, which is on the end of the row of townhouses. If they just told us where it was we could have done that. I would have to think twice about renting from this group again.
