Great family house

We enjoyed our stay.. especially the kids!The only issue we had was not receiving the check in information.. I had to call to get it. But other than that it was the perfect stay.

Not good at all

Property was not very clean, had issues immediately fron the broken garbage at the front door to the broken video games advertised as working and broken lights in the bathroom. The sheets and towels had stains and several towels had tears. I informed the property manager of several issues and was asked to send photos so they can send a repair person. I did and they never sent the repair person. After the stay they told me that they offered to send them and that was enough, actually sending someone wasn't needed. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
