This NEWLY renovated and beautifully decorated home-away-from-home is perfectly located 5 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort. Relax in your private heated plunge pool and make yourself at home in this upscale townhouse. With hardwood floors throughout the entire townhouse and a modern flare, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that sleeps up to a family of 8 will feel like an oasis.

Not only is this unit located near the pool, but it is also an end unit which offers added privacy. With being just a few minutes away by foot from the resort's water park and Clubhouse, you will find endless entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. Here, you will find a large pool, jacuzzi, water slides, arcade, fitness center, basketball & volleyball courts, kid's playground and much more. There are a wide variety of delicious restaurants to try out nearby.

Out of courtesy during your stay, we will provide 5 K-Cup pods for the brand-new Keurig dispenser. In each bathroom you will be provided one roll of toilet paper, one small soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For the kitchen you will be provided dish soap, and dish detergent. Anything over this is the guest’s responsibility. We do not include paper towel or sponges. We are also unable to provide spices or cooking oils due to food and safety regulations. The Marketplace Grill on site has laundry detergent for purchase as well as a few other household items. There is a grocery/shopping center conveniently located just minutes away (driving).

On top of being a gated community with 24/7 security, our townhouse has a digital entry/lock system with a unique, private code for your stay.

Windsor Hills is a wonderful community that is rated one of Orlando’s best gated resort communities due to its world class amenities. With everything at your fingertips and being the closest resort community to the World Drive entrance of Disney, why stay anywhere else?

Instructions will be sent 3-5 days before arrival. Failure to finish payment will result in not being able to check-in.

Check-in is 4pm EST and check-out is 10am EST. Keep in mind early check-in or late check-out cannot always be arranged due to prior or arriving guests as well as routine cleaning.

There is a pool on premise and using it is done at your own risk!

By booking, you agree to the short-term lease agreement attached. This protects both parties.
Easy Check-In Process 🏡

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! You can even share it with friends and family! Got questions? Just message us anytime!

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.



OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of guests as described on the public listing description.

If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.



BOOKING FEES. The Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.



UTILITIES. The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following: None.



PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.



SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.



SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.



INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.



MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.



TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.



QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.



HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.



ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.



USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.



ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.



POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.



GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.

The townhouse was absolutely above and beyond AMAZING! All the appliances were top notch! Down to the small things that we dont pay attention to was on point ex: all the water pressure was all high pressure! The place was very clean..i would totally recommend this and will be staying again!

Great stay for quick Disney trip

Our family loved this townhouse for our quick Disney trip after Xmas . Very clean, and very comfortable beds. Also a great location , although traffic was pretty heavy on 530/192 in the evening. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for us. We enjoyed the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and living area space. Loved having the pool area attached. Also the club house and pool/hot tub area at the main area was a hit with the kids! We plan to come back at some point.
