NICE SIZE JUST NEED SUPPLIES TO MATCH

First and foremost, I did not get check in codes as stated on all written material. My original booking had adult names listed but when I got to the gate after office hours my name was not listed (the one person that wasn't coming until two days later). How do you have a house that is listed for up to 20 residents and not enough bath towels for one per resident. The first 48 hours my guest spent replacing batteries in the TV remotes and trying to get them paired with the correct tv. I suggest that they be marked. We discovered the crack in the oven glass, hope that it is taken care of before another rental. The pots are Teflon and have been burnt too many times. To accommodate my guest I purchased pots, pans, utensils and cleaning supplies that never had to do at other rentals.
