one of the most characteristic and quiet streets of Orvieto and with stunning views of the cathedral!
The apartment is located in an ancient building built to house workers for the construction of the Cathedral. It consists in a living area with a comfortable kitchen with everything you need that directly faces the Duomo and a century-old magnolia, and a sleeping area with a double and single bed.
The apartment, thanks to the double facing, is extremely bright and at the approach of sunset you can admire the bright and luminous facade of the Duomo.
“Via dei Dolci" is one of the most photographed by tourists routes, born in Piazza del Duomo and is located in one of the most characteristic and quiet spots of the city.

Great experience!
The apartment was in the perfect location, a very short distance from the Duomo, shops and excellent restaurants. The apartment was very quiet. Everything In Orvieto is walkable. Paid parking was also very close.
Valerie was responsive and was very helpful in assisting us when we had to extend our stay for a couple of days prior to the scheduled time. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything we needed.
We would definitely recommend this place for a visit to Orvieto.

Beautiful property in the perfect location
The property was excellent, check in was good. The location is unbeatable on Via la Dolce! Italian rules and application on A/C and Heating laws is a challenge right now. I would absolutely stay there again!

Modern apartment in central Orvieto
An absolute gem. Modern apartment very close to the Duomo with everything needed for a couple. Good communication with Valerie prior to, and Roberto on arrival and check-in. We stayed three days and had a perfect relaxed holiday. Well recommended.

It is a lovely B&B. Totally modern, clean and comfortable in a perfect location. The sitting area and kitchen are an open area so it is very comfortable. It is just a few hundred yards to the center. Definitely 👍🏻.

The amazing location / view in Orvieto. Orvieto itself was so beautiful, but this location was so awesome too - being so close to the main town attraction (the Duomo) that is the landmark, meant navigating the town, shopping, tours, etc. were a breeze... Nice touch = jasmine was growing all around the door and one of the windows, so every time the gentle breezes blew, it carried a heavenly scent of jasmine in full bloom.

A Spacious Apartment in the Heart of Orvieto
My wife and I were delighted with this apartment steps from the beautiful and grand cathedral. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Eric, Valerie's brother was right there to meet us on our arrival and oriented us both to the apartment and the town, with useful restaurant and shopping suggestions. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here. The property manager met us on time and was very nice. The apartment is clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The location is great---just a short block away from the Duomo.

A wonderful, peaceful stay in Orvieto
Valerie's apartment was clean, comfortable and had many well thought out details for convenience. We loved the location so close to the cathedral. The bed was very comfortable and the storage space was perfect for us. It was nice that she supplied coffee, some basic spices, water and milk. We arrived in the evening so it was so nice to have these items for the morning. We also used the laundry, located around the corner, which was very convenient and private. This was so much nicer than a hotel stay!

Immaculate & Beautiful with Great Location and View
I would have preferred a clothes washer instead of dishwasher. An outside space would have been nice as well. I would, however, stay there again, and again. WONDERFUL!

Perfect apartment for two.
La finestra Del duomo was the perfect apartment for our two night stay in Orvieto. The apartment sleeps two comfortably with a sofa bed for extras. The location is ideal within steps of the cathedral, the via Del duomo, and the Corso Cavour. Many nice restaurants are within a few minutes walk. Valerie and Eric ommunicated well and met us when we got off the bus at the cathedral. The apartment was well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal and we were provided with water in the refigerator as well. Laundry services were easily accessible and we were shown how to use the machine. We were even recommended to a trattoria that provided us with extra bruschetta, biscotti and wine when we told them "Eric sent us". Highly recommended for up to 4 people.

Beautifully appointed, spacious, immaculate apartment just off Piazza del Duomo.
Valerie met us at our appointed spot and took us to the apartment on our first day. She showed us how everything worked and we discovered she had generously supplied the kitchen w/ coffee, tea, milk, etc. She graciously offered suggestions of things not to miss while we were in town (complete w/ a map). Valerie also gave us a discount card for restaurants, shops, and sights. Wonderful!
