"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Sapporo Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore Sapporo and get around the city. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall quality of the hotel. Everything was seamless, from check-in to check-out, and the hospitality truly stood out. Overall, the Grand Sapporo Hotel was an excellent choice for our visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo. "She must have been a grand lady once. Rooms are very much showing their age but were still very nice. A beautiful hotel with large rooms, great ocean view and I loved the retro look and feel of the furnishings, a flash back to when grand hotels were luxurious with a European taste. It is further away from downtown though having the Aeon mall and grocery attached can be convenient. Parking garage was convenient."
