"The food was amazing. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. "

"Nice place, but dinner and breakfast take very long (traditional but long). It was overall an amazing experience, but the place is slightly old and in the rooms you can see marks on walls. "

"Make sure to book a room with the lake view. The onsen was great, very clean. Very near the north end of the lake and easy access to Hakone ropeway. "

"Restaurant was excellent. Location is convenient for Yokohama cruise terminal. 45 min walk to Chinatown, which is worth the visit. Room was similar in size to what we are used to in North America and is well appointed. Staff were always SO helpful!"

"The hotel is located right by the train station, a mall and a small store that has daily necessities and groceries. Staff goes above and beyond to serve one. The morning buffet I found a little pricey abt $30 and my kids ate cereal😊 I would go there any time again if in Japan. We were there for a cruise w/ Holland America and the hotel is in minutes from the pier. "
