"The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The food and alcohol is plentiful and tasty. The rooms are very nice, but note, that the shower in the junior suite is in the room so if anyone in your group wants to shower privately (older children, etc.), you'll need to leave the room. There's live music every evening in the plaza so it's perfect if you're dining at the buffet. The shows were mainly themed dancing in front of a large screen which were good, but it would have been nice to have more variety. There's a big party every Friday night at one of their other resorts up the road. It's considered family-friendly, but it's basically a rave. There are some activities during the day mainly around the pool, but otherwise it's a low-key resort. If that's what you're going for then it'll be perfect. If you're using Destination Services for transport to/from the airport note that it's difficult to find them when you exit the terminal. They have a small booth near the shuttles. We found them after searching for a while. We booked an excursion with them, which was great. We ended up booking a private car for our trip back to the airport because they wanted to pick us up 5.5 hrs before our flight. For the price of an airport meal we were able to have a relaxing breakfast at the resort and leave two hours later. "

"Top to bottom one of the best reports we’ve stayed at. Their hospitality from check-in until check-out was OUTSTANDING. Christina at check-in went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The porter who helped with our bags was so kind and thorough showing us around our room and where everything was. The cleanliness from our room to the common areas is the resort was top notch. Fantastic stay!"

"Excellent hotel! We will be returning. The staff was friend and the premises were beyond beautiful. Things that need improvement: Room maintenance - we called two nights in a row to request water and more candy in the snack bar. For me common sense if it’s empty refill it but I guess they only do it upon request. Chocolate ice cream - very delicious but for some reason this flavor is beyond popular and once it’s out it’s out for the entire week. Chibali restaurant is for children, yet they were the least friendly restaurant. It’s like the staff of the day hated to be there. Idk we just didn’t return there through our stay. Other than that everything was excellent. "
