"Property was perfect for our family. Spacious and clean. It was nice to have the screened in porch and the open deck. We saw dolphins in the bay while having our morning coffee! Some swam and some fished. The big grill on site was nice to have when we grilled out for dinner. Lot’s of unexpected extras. Made for an enjoyable vacation!"

"This was one of the best experiences we’ve had and we’ve been staying at various condos on Pensacola Beach for the last 25 years. Everything was seamless, from beginning to end. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Donna was super helpful. She was thoughtful enough to text us on Sunday afternoon to let us know that the Blue Angels would be buzzing the beach that evening. I had a couple of questions and she texted back immediately. "Loved the condo!! Fantastic property and cannot beat the sunset evening view with paddle boarders and kayakers heading out. Only recommendation is for the beds in the second bedroom. Both beds are hard and uncomfortable. If you have a foam mattress topper, you might want to bring it with you. Master bedroom was comfy and nice to have direct access to balcony. Communication was great too."

"We had a wonderful time visiting Pensacola and staying in this condo! It was myself and my son, my two sisters and my mother. There was plenty of room for us with the two bathrooms and 4 beds. We had the beach right across the street which was perfect! You get an up close parking spot with the condo which is awesome!
